At AquaGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Filtered shower heads must be unopened and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed shower heads.
- Items returned without original packaging or in damaged condition.
- Products that have been customized or altered.
3. How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us at support@aquaglow.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- Once we receive your return request, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Please note, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@aquaglow.com. We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
