At AquaGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Filtered shower heads must be unopened and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed shower heads.
  • Items returned without original packaging or in damaged condition.
  • Products that have been customized or altered.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at support@aquaglow.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
  2. Once we receive your return request, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Please note, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@aquaglow.com. We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
